Alam superbowl sauce

This healthy Alam superbowl is your one-stop amazing lunch or dinner. It contains all nutrients (carbs, healthy fats and protein), and micronutrients like vitamins, minerals, antioxidants but also pure plant-protein and fiber because of the amazing Alam superfood powder blend. All together makes it a perfect balanced meal.

Ingredients for 2 bowls:
– 200gr sushi rice
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– ½ mango, cut into thin slices
– 1 avocado, cut into thin slices and sprinkled with lemon juice
– ½ cucumber, cut into thin ribbons
– 1 cup edamame beans
– Wakamé seaweed Salad
– Handful of oyster mushrooms
– 1 spring onion
– Few pieces of pickled ginger
– Microgreens
– Black sesame seeds

Ingredients for the Alam superbowl sauce:
– 1 scoop Alam superfood powder
– 2 tablespoons of all-natural nut butter
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon agave syrup
– ½ tablespoon sriracha sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1. Cook the sushi rice according to the instructions and when done, add the rice vinegar.
2. Set aside to cool.
3. To make the sauce, add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk with the Alam bamboo whisk until smooth.
4. Tear the oyster mushrooms into thin strips and fry in a bit of olive oil until browned and crispy. Set aside.
5. To assemble, put a base of rice in each bowl and top with the ingredients to decorate.
6. Serve with the Alam superbowl sauce. Enjoy!
