ALAM superfood bowl
ALAM superfood bowl – great source of pure plant-protein, complex carbs, essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and fiber, which keeps you going for hours, perfect breakfast or post workout meal
Recipe (1 serving)
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup vanilla oat milk
1 scoop ALAM superfood powder
2 tbsp almond milk yogurt
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp raw honey
1/4 tsp honey
Toppings: 1 banana, 1 tsp cacaonibs, 1 spoon almond butter, 1 fig
Easily mix all ingredients (except the toppings) together and let sit for 30 minutes or overnight in the fridge. Top off with toppings: banana, raw cacao nibs, fig and almond butter. Enjoy!
