ALAM superfood pudding

Yum! ALAM green superfood pudding – perfect to end dinner with a sweet touch – healthy yet delicious. Actually too good to share.

Ingredients for 3 to 4 servings:
– 2 scoops ALAM superfood powder
– 175ml almond milk
– 200ml full coconut milk (canned)
– 2 tsp maizena
– 5 tsp agave syrup
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon (or more to taste)
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– pinch of salt

Vegan coconut whipped cream:
– 200 ml full coconut milk (canned)
– 1 spoon agave syrup
– >80% pure chocolate

1. Set one coconut milk can in the fridge and leave overnight
2. Blend all ingredients for the ALAM superfood pudding – except the ALAM superfood powder (the room temperature coconut milk) together to perfection using a spatula
3. Add the mixture to a pan and put a stove on medium heat. Stir regularly.
4. Once it gets thicker, remove from the stove and let it chill down for a bit. At this step, add the ALAM superfood powder and blend together.
5. Divide to 3 to 4 dessert cups and put in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.

Vegan coconut whipped cream:
1. Get the coconut milk from the fridge
2. Carefully open the can and scoop out the cream into a bowl
3. Blend with a mixed together with agave syrup (and vanilla extract to taste)
4. Add on top of the ALAM superfood pudding (if you have left, you can store this in the fridge for up to 3 days), together with some pure chocolate grater
