All of our ALAM holistic products are shipped to you from the Netherlands via a secure, tracked shipping method. All orders are dispatched on the same day if ordered before 12 noon Central European Time. All orders can be tracked form dispatch to delivery. International orders may be passed on to local courier companies and can still be tracked.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders to non-EU countries could be charges with customs fees upon arrival. Unfortunately we cannot predict the extent of these costs. ALAM B.V. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etcetera). Please consult the local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charges on your package.
ALAM B.V. takes care when packing every order, however accidents happen. In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please save the shipping box, the products and their outer cardboard packaging. Should you receive a broken item, please send a picture and message detailing the damage to email@example.com.
Delayed or lost order:
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 working days for orders form the Netherlands and 21 days for international orders. Although orders normally take much less time than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until the period of time has elapsed. We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage or lack of delivery of goods regardless of the method of delivery.
Wrong or incomplete address:
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
